Role Overview:
You will operate in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent product launches and evolving customer expectations. Your role will involve balancing strategic training initiatives with operational execution, managing LMS systems, and ensuring compliance while driving engagement and performance improvement across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Staff Development: Build a strong talent pool and enhance the capability of retail staff and store managers through structured development programs and assessments.
- Retail Excellence: Drive performance improvement through focused assessments and interventions; manage projects to enhance key retail metrics across regions.
- Content Development: Manage end-to-end development of content projects including product launches and training modules.
- LMS & Audits: Oversee LMS management and development; coordinate vendor meetings; ensure timely reporting and compliance documentation.
- Store Projects: Lead key retail projects including product relaunches and certification improvement initiatives; ensure training and engagement for successful execution.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in retail operations or training role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. Role Overview:
