  • Interacting with internal and external customers. Coordinate with product managers to facilitate digital release of content.
  • Align with global teams for trouble shooting.
  • Using and following global release process for scheduling digital products and coordinating with partners to make it live on digital platforms.
  • Getting metadata and other related activities completed in time to enable quick ingestions of audio and video content.
  • Inward and outward Quality check of content before ingestion.
  • Ordering for Indian Partners in global order management system and coordinating with manager for live dates.
  • Coordinating with Global media production teams for the ingestion of content in the global repository system.
  • Resolving and fixing queries related to the content delivery by interacting with DSPs technical team.
  • Managing iTunes store and score card, ensuring that product gets live on timely basis without any iTunes ticket on store front.
  • Resolving iTunes tickets if any on priority for making content live on store front.
  • Coordinating with Hong Kong team for updating Title, Tags and description of video for VEVO and make sure it gets live on timely basis.
  • Handling partner integrations and ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Co-ordinating with Hong Kong team for the content delivery to the new partners.
  • Coordinating with other affiliates (US, Canada and Middle East) for pushing of the content and making it live on iTunes stores and other Digital partners.
  • Mapping data to internal system for revenue claim purpose.
  • Solving international team queries regarding global repertoire.
  • Coordinating with Prime Focus for delivery of assets to Broadcasters. Work with Prime Focus to streamline the entire ingest process and coordination.
  • Handling orchard dashboard for third party integrations.

• Know how on global digital release procedures and processes.      
•  Deep understanding and expertise in digital and new age content ingestion processes and systems and delivery to partners.       
• Understanding on Digital audio & videos specifications and basic quality checking rules
