Job Description

As an Assistant Manager Customer Excellence at GigaCare, you will be based in Pune and tasked with managing multiple Occupational Health Centres. Your role will involve overseeing a diverse team comprising Doctors, Nurses, and administrative staff. Your strong operations background, coupled with healthcare experience, will be valuable in ensuring the smooth functioning of the health centres. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple health centres and lines of service across various clients. - Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff. - Assist in setting site-specific goals and performance metrics aligned with client requirements. - Facilitate effective communication across different sites to maintain consistency in messaging. - Gather feedback for staff performance appraisals. - Implement appropriate processes for recruitment, staff development, and performance evaluation. - Conduct interviews, training sessions, and ensure successful onboarding of new employees. - Oversee daily operations, workflow management, work schedules, and timecard monitoring to enhance health centre efficiency. - Identify areas for process improvement, workflow optimization, and present recommendations to the management team. - Provide regular coaching and feedback to staff members. - Serve as a primary client contact, offering health centre activity reports and summaries. - Conduct meetings, communicate updates, and share information with the team consistently. - This role is an individual contributor position. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree. - 3-5 years of experience in client-facing operational roles, preferably within the healthcare industry. - Strong industry network and relationships. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as required.
