Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate closure of books of accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards & IFRS. Your role will involve liaising with accounting firms, auditors, and other consultants, delivering high-quality month-end management accounts, and maintaining proper financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations as per management timelines.
- Analyze and reconcile key balance sheet accounts for month-end closing.
- Assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and year-end audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies, rules, and regulations.
- Provide backup support within the team and perform other duties as assigned.
- Support in monthly reporting and MIS preparation.
Qualifications Required:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a finance role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
- Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with analytical thinking and result orientation.
- Experience working with SAP -B1, SAP S4/HANA and good knowledge of computer applications (Windows and Microsoft Office).
