Job Description

As a candidate for the role, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets and new account activation targets in the B2B/Institutional sector, excluding the traditional retail segment. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Generate business from the corporate sector, other companies, hotels, and B2B business. - Identify joint sales promotion opportunities with FMCG, big box retail stores, tours and travels, etc. - Promote company products in corporate canteens, corporate gifting, and other institutions. - Engage with Five Star Hotels, restaurant chains, bakery segments, airports, catering services, embassies, hospitals, and cinemas. - Explore and develop new business avenues and focus on premium product selling. - Build strong and positive relationships with corporate and institutional customers. Furthermore, you will be expected to: - Explore potential business avenues to drive increased growth in the HORECA/Institutional Business segment. - Achieve sales objectives in terms of volume, value, market share, and in-store execution while acquiring new food service accounts. - Interact with Unit Head Chefs, Contract Catering Managers, and Buyers. - Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and service quality standards. - Expand company product business in the HORECA segment through strategic planning and execution. - Drive B2B sales, develop different HORECA channels, appoint stockists/distributors, manage a team, and maintain client relationships. - Visit key customers to showcase the company's product range and address customer complaints. - Identify HORECA business requirements, offer the best products and services, and work towards achieving profitability growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for collating data and preparing reports to track various parameters such as sales efficiency and achievement.
