Asia IT DC COE Network Manager

Role Overview: As part of the Asia IT Delivery Center expansion plan, Ferrero is seeking an IT Network & Security Specialist based in Pune (Ferrero India HO). The focus is on delivering top-notch IT solutions to enhance customer experiences. The role involves supporting the Network & IT Security CoE Team to manage Network projects and infrastructure, aligning with the follow the Sun approach. Reporting structure involves reporting to the IT Network CoE Manager in Europe and the Asia IT Delivery Center Manager in India. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain Network & IT Security infrastructure in the Asia IT Delivery Center to ensure efficiency, reliability, and continuous evolution. - Assist Service Managers in defining, tracking, and monitoring budget spending for Network projects, infrastructure maintenance, and services. - Analyze and troubleshoot network architectures (WAN, LAN, Firewalling), configure, operate, and recommend improvements. - Act as a 3rd level support for fault identification, isolation, analysis, and resolution for IP & Access network related technology platforms. - Prepare documentation, network diagrams, hardware lists, and staging-configurations needed for projects or support cases. - Collaborate with the CyberSecurity team to address and solve security incidents or mitigate risks. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Networks and 7-15 years of experience. - Proficiency in designing and deploying network security architecture, including firewalls, UTM, load balancers, web application firewall, and VPN technology. - Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, Firewalling, incident and change management processes. - Ability to work closely with Project Managers, CyberSecurity team, and follow defined service levels and incident management processes.
