As an experienced AI Trainer at our company, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to clients across various functions such as Business Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Administration. Your role will involve designing tailored training content, providing live demonstrations of AI tools, covering topics from AI fundamentals to advanced applications, and guiding participants on applying AI for productivity, decision-making, and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Independently deliver engaging training sessions both online and offline. - Design and develop training content customized for different business functions. - Provide live demonstrations of AI tools and solutions. - Cover a wide range of topics including basics of AI, agentic AI, comparative overview of different AI tools, building AI agents, BOTs, and custom GPTs, ethical usage of AI, and guiding participants on applying AI for productivity and automation. - Create small and large impact AI solutions for business functions. - Accurately annotate, label, and categorize various types of data according to specific guidelines and project requirements. - Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI model behavior and data quality. - Potentially assist in creating synthetic data or designing prompts for training purposes. Qualifications And Other Requirements: - 1-3 years of hands-on AI experience in training, solution building, or applied AI. - 5+ years of professional experience in corporate or consulting environments. - Engineering/B. Tech degree is preferred but not compulsory. - Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead sessions independently. - Proven ability to create structured training content and deliver live demos. - Experience in developing AI agents, BOTs, or custom AI solutions is highly desirable.
