Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding business objectives and developing models to achieve them, along with tracking their progress using metrics. You will analyze Machine Learning algorithms to solve problems, rank them by success probability, and lead or collaborate with a team of data scientists to develop and deliver machine learning models for production settings. Additionally, you will improve key organizational metrics through data-science based solutions, perform data wrangling activities, and supervise data acquisition & labeling processes if necessary. Your role will also involve performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), defining preprocessing or feature engineering tasks, developing Machine Learning models, validating them, and collaborating with the application development team for model deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business objectives and develop models to achieve them - Analyze ML algorithms and rank them by success probability - Lead/Collaborate with a team of data scientists to develop machine learning models - Improve key organizational metrics through data-science solutions - Perform data wrangling activities and ensure data quality - Supervise data acquisition & labeling processes if needed - Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and develop Machine Learning models - Collaborate with the application development team for model deployment - Drive impact to business by owning data science initiatives end-to-end - Collaborate with other teams to develop analytics solutions - Maintain documentation of data science initiatives - Develop work products following best practices in development, testing, and deployment Qualification Required: - BE/Tech in Engineering, Masters/PhD candidates preferred - Strong background in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research & Statistics concepts - Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine-learning approaches & deep-learning - Experience in optimization algorithms or working with unstructured datasets for Natural Language Processing or Image Analytics preferred - Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches for large datasets - Proficiency in Python & R, with knowledge of OOPS concepts - Experience in AI solution development and integration - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively - Experience with a variety of data science use-cases across multiple domains - Strong understanding of statistics, probability, linear algebra, and other mathematical concepts supporting modern ML and AI - Experience with REST APIs, Python Django/Flask Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding business objectives and developing models to achieve them, along with tracking their progress using metrics.
