Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for preparing and amending notes/financial models with correct information gathered from various sources. You will also be tasked with preparing credit notes, conducting detailed transaction structuring assessments, and focusing on the assessment part of the sought credit facility. Additionally, you will interact regularly with collections/sales teams to track delinquencies, study delinquent cases, and share learnings with the team. Meeting customers to understand various industries and markets, pre-approving and rating clients, conducting training sessions, and managing post-disbursement documents will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work on financial analysis, credit note preparation, financial appraisals, market intelligence development, process improvements, credit underwriting, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare/amend notes/financial models with correct information
- Prepare credit notes with detailed transaction structuring/assessment
- Interact with collections/sales teams to track delinquencies
- Study delinquent cases and share learnings with the team
- Meet customers to understand industries/markets
- Pre-approve and rate clients with exposure over Rs 500L
- Conduct training sessions for Sales/Channel Partners/Field sales staff
- Control and monitor post-disbursement documents
- Manage portfolio documentation quality and delinquency levels
- Work on projects/process improvements
- Perform detailed financial analysis on P&L and Balance sheet movements
- Prepare credit notes detailing transaction structure and credit view
- Conduct detailed financial appraisal covering business model, working capital cycle, profitability, etc.
- Develop market intelligence by engaging with other banks and FIs
- Identify automation opportunities in processes and new product development
- Ensure quality credit underwriting
- Raise early warning signals for stress account exits
- Resolve audit queries within prescribed timelines
- Actively involve in customer visits
- Provide regular MIS on market intelligence
Qualification Required:
- Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/CA or Equivalent Role Overview:
