Job Description

As an Architect - .NET (API Tech Lead) within our team, your role will involve designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable API solutions using the .NET stack. You will play a crucial part in guiding developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality and performant software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs and backend services utilizing C# and ASP.NET Core. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. - Enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure high software quality through automated testing. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to deliver high-quality, performant software. - Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. - Actively participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap evolution. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with a strong focus on root cause analysis. - Keep updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the team's capabilities continuously. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6, and ASP.NET Core. - Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. - Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL (SQL Server or other RDBMS). - Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices. - Proficiency in using version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS is a plus). - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (Azure preferred). - 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a tech lead role. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
