Android Application Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining Fuel4Media as a dynamic Android application developer, contributing your expertise to the development of mobile applications on the Android platform. Fuel4Media is a premium mobile application development company based in Noida, offering a flexible work environment and ample learning opportunities. As a part of the core team in the Mobile application division, you will have the chance to work on innovative and popular mobile applications, making a significant impact on our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new mobile applications specifically for the Android platform. - Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to launch. - Report development progress to clients in the USA, UK, and Australia. - Utilize Android frameworks to streamline the creation of user interfaces. - Actively participate in team collaboration and brainstorming sessions to ensure project success. - Understand client requirements and objectives to deliver projects on time with the expected quality. - Implement new features and products, and customize them based on client feedback. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies and innovations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT (B. Tech or B.E.) with 1-3 years of experience in Android app development. - Proficient in design and programming using Java. - Expertise in Android 2.2+ SDK/NDK Development, including Web Services & API's, Social Network Integration, LBS, Content Providers, UI and XML Layout Design, among others. - Familiarity with XML and JSON, as well as databases like SQLite3 and MySQL. - Knowledge of Google API's and experience with Eclipse. - Working understanding of code analysis tools such as PMD and Find Bugs. - Ability to publish mobile applications on the Android market. - Basic knowledge of Hybrid mobile applications. - Experience with Open Source CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Magento is a plus. - Additional advantage if you have familiarity with Gaming application programming. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. - Excellent reporting and project coordination skills.
