As an Anaplan Professional at ANP Consulting, you will be a key member of the team focusing on enhancing and optimizing financial planning, forecasting, and business processes using the power of Anaplan. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions and optimizing planning processes. This position offers significant exposure to the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Connected Planning ecosystem, providing ample opportunities for professional growth. Location: PAN India Certification: Anaplan Level 3/ Solution Architect / Master Anaplanner Key Responsibilities: - Solution Architect: Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models aligned with business requirements and best practices. - Data Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate multiple data sources and ensure seamless data flow between systems. - Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into scalable multidimensional models. - Testing & Validation: Lead testing activities, perform model validations, and ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Training & Documentation: Create user guides, deliver end-user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and efficiency enhancement within Anaplan models. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients, providing technical and functional expertise in planning solutions. Key Skills & Experience: - End-to-end Anaplan implementation experience across FP&A and Supply Chain Planning use cases - Expertise in Data Hub setup, model architecture, and process automation - Strong in workspace management, model performance optimization, and data flow management - Hands-on experience integrating Anaplan with ETL tools, CloudWorks, APIs, or other enterprise systems - Ability to design intuitive and energetic UX dashboards tailored to business use cases - In-depth understanding of Anaplan best practices, DISCO methodology, and Connected Planning principles - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business logic into model structures Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field (CA/MBA Finance preferred) - Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Anaplan Solution Architecture experience, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations - Certification: Anaplan Level 3, Solution Architect certification required - Technical Skills: Proficient in Anaplan; working knowledge of Excel, data integration tools, or ETL processes is a plus - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills - Excel Skills: Proficient in spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, and charts Preferred Skills: - Strong client-facing and presentation abilities - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies - Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI As an Anaplan Professional at ANP Consulting, you will be a key member of the team focusing on enhancing and optimizing financial planning, forecasting, and business processes using the power of Anaplan.
