Analytics BI Head

As an experienced Data Analyst with over 20 years of experience, including 5+ years of team leadership within the analytics field, you will be responsible for the following: - Demonstrating advanced knowledge of data analysis and modeling principles, including: - KPI Tree creation - Reporting best practices - Predictive analytics - Statistical and ML based modeling techniques - Utilizing your understanding of analytical concepts and statistical techniques to: - Develop hypotheses - Design tests/experiments - Analyze data - Draw conclusions - Develop actionable recommendations for business units - Showcasing strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities to address complex challenges effectively. - Exhibiting the ability to plan and manage multiple processes, people, and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency and experience with the following tools/programs: - Big data environments: Teradata, Aster, Hadoop - Testing tools: Adobe Test & Target - Data visualization tools: Tableau, Raw - Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools Candidates from the Insurance Industry with a deep understanding of analytics concepts and a proven track record of effective team leadership are preferred for this role.
