Role Overview:
You will be a part of the Digital Measurement, Analytics & Experimentation team at American Express, focused on delivering strategic analytics and insights to enhance the digital experience for Global Commercial Services customers. Your role will involve measuring product performance, conducting customer behavior analysis, and developing customer segmentation to drive adoption and engagement. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to optimize the customer experience through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analytics for the product roadmap of GCS Digital Experiences
- Define KPIs to measure digital channels/products' efficiency and develop customer segmentation for AXP customers
- Conduct in-depth strategic analysis by mining digital activity data along with AXP closed loop data
- Gain a deep functional understanding of GCS digital channels and ensure actionable insights
- Execute statistical projects and automated reports development, validation, and implementation
- Enhance data visualization by creating meaningful reports using visualization techniques and infographic tools
- Collaborate with product teams across the product lifecycle
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics suite or Tableau
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Product, Technologies, Field, Servicing, and Marketing/Engagement
- Foster a culture of learning, insight, inspiration, and collaboration
Qualifications Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business reporting & business intelligence, preferably in the digital domain
- Advanced degree in business administration, computer science, IT, or Information management from premium institutes
- Strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to build & leverage relationships and influence broadly across the organization
- Results-driven with strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple priorities, and exceed team goals
- Technical skills in data manipulation, segmentation analytics, business intelligence & visualization, machine learning & AI, statistics & hypothesis testing
- Basic understanding of Agile product development
- Knowledge of platforms such as Big Data (Cornerstone, SQL Hadoop, Pig, Hive, MapReduce) and Digital Tracking (Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Clickstream) Role Overview:
