Role Overview:
As an Analyst, you will play a vital role in contributing to the commercial success of the company. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing sales performance and customer data to generate valuable insights that drive business growth, enhance customer retention, and optimize sales strategies. Through the creation of reports and dashboards, you will provide essential visibility into performance metrics for leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to derive actionable insights for driving business growth.
- Create, maintain, and enhance reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI to monitor key sales performance and customer metrics.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.
- Develop and deliver clear, visually engaging presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify trends, analyze performance, and propose strategic solutions based on data analysis.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in building interactive dashboards in Power BI with exposure to DAX; strong MS Excel skills are also necessary.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis, such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to stakeholders and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) would be considered a plus.
