Analyst, Bank Debt Processing

As an Operations Analyst at our company, you will be a part of the Investment Operations Public team, assisting in bank debt processing related to syndicated and private loans traded by the US Investment teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring bank loan servicing events to ensure accurate and timely processing across multiple accounts, funds, and special purpose vehicles. - Resolving exceptions in data feeds to ensure accurate reflection of activity by the end of the day. - Processing drawdowns/paydowns/rollovers requests, validating amounts across lenders, obtaining approvals, and coordinating payment. - Collaborating with the Bank Debt settlement team to account for events between trade and settlement. - Working closely with the Corporate Actions team to ensure timely and accurate processing of events. - Researching and resolving cash, position, and loan attribute breaks with Agents, Custodians, and other relevant parties. - Actively participating in and leading projects, providing valuable input to internal and external stakeholders. Your experience should include strong knowledge of fixed income products, particularly Bank Debts, along with 1-2 years of relevant operations experience focusing on syndicated and private loans. You should be adept at interacting with various teams and utilizing industry utilities and software platforms such as Wall Street Office, ClearPar, and SS&C Loans. Proficiency in Excel and Markit is required, and familiarity with Geneva accounting system is preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and organizational skills. In terms of personal attributes, you should demonstrate outstanding initiative, a strong work ethic, adaptability to changing workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
