Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be leading the IC Design team for High Speed Amplifiers in Bangalore, IN. The team works on high speed amplifiers ranging from 50MHz to a few GHz, specializing in both bipolar and CMOS amplifiers with precision. Your responsibilities will include developing cutting-edge parts across Industrial & Automotive sectors, collaborating closely with end equipment and customers, and driving flawless design execution from definition to product release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead product development in new cutting Analog Bipolar and CMOS Technologies
- Build strong relationships with industry experts on high-speed designs and push the limits on circuit design
- Develop analog and power management circuits, high-speed and bipolar design concepts
- Lead full chip activities such as circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification, design for test, and layout
- Mentor design engineers/interns and support their career growth
- Influence product features, differentiation, and cost entitlement at release to market
- Present analysis and conclusions to internal customers and business leaders effectively
- Work with Fabs, assembly & test facilities and gain full visibility on the development cycle, Qualification, and Manufacturing flows
Qualification Required:
- Minimum 8+ years of Analog Design Experience
- Experience in managing design teams, full product development experience preferred
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals & basic analog building blocks
- Good understanding of DV flows & tools
- Excellent mentoring, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork
- Bachelors / Masters in Electrical / Electronics Engineering Role Overview:
