As a React Developer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Experience with React Hooks, functional components, JSX. - Proficiency in using state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Recoil, or similar. - Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and front-end integration. - Ability to handle scenario-based questions with decision-making and reasoning skills. - Practical hands-on experience in frontend development. In addition to the core React and frontend skills, if you have experience in the Insurance domain, the following skills will be beneficial: - Hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance workflows like policy, claims, underwriting. - Knowledge of insurance systems such as Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) will be advantageous and may sometimes be part of the training.
