As an AI Python Engineer with a focus on AI/ML, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and implementing AI-based applications, machine learning models, and AI-assisted tools within the HRMS/SaaS platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting and designing AI/ML System Development, integrating machine learning models into business applications. - Managing deployments of Python-based AI applications on cloud platforms and contributing to DevOps processes. - Utilizing AI-assisted coding tools to optimize code delivery and debug efficiently. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly systems. - Conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code. - Implementing best practices in security, performance, and scalability while continuously enhancing system architecture. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Python technologies and suggesting improvements for existing systems. Your qualifications should include: - 7+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Python and AI/ML technologies. - Proven experience in building AI-powered applications or ML models, especially in natural language processing, document processing, recommendation systems, and automation tools. - Strong proficiency in Python libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, OpenCV, and similar tools for machine learning and AI development. - Experience with deploying applications to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and experience integrating with front-end technologies. - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and solid knowledge of software architecture and version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for building scalable, performance-optimized systems, and strong communication skills.
