AI ML Data Science Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models - Build end-to-end data science pipelines - Develop and optimize predictive, classification, recommendation, or NLP models - Collaborate with managers and stakeholders - Perform model evaluation, tuning, and monitoring in production environments - Communicate findings and insights clearly - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and tools Qualifications Required: - 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI - Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) - Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras - Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra - Experience with SQL and large-scale datasets - Knowledge of feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning - Experience deploying models using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI - Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering - Prior experience mentoring junior data scientists If you have a Graduate degree and 5-12 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, and possess the mentioned skills, we encourage you to share your updated resume with us.
