Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and deploying Azure Databricks in a cloud environment using Azure Cloud services - Designing and optimizing ETL processes for data ingestion, processing, and deployment to Cloud Service - Collaborating with onshore teams to understand business goals and contribute to project delivery - Implementing model codes for optimized performance To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - 3 to 7 years of experience in developing data pipelines for big data, relational databases, NoSQL, and data warehouse solutions - Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Databricks, ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Synapse/DW, and Azure SQL DB - Proficiency in programming languages like Python and PySpark - Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts with implementation experience in Snowflake - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD deployments, SQL, and procedural SQL languages To qualify for this position, you need to meet the following criteria: - A degree in computer science or equivalent with 3 to 7 years of industry experience - Working experience in an Agile-based delivery methodology is preferable - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Software Development Best Practices - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in all aspects of the solution delivery life cycle Additionally, having experience in Banking and Capital Markets domains would be advantageous.
