Agile coach for Asset Management

As an Agile Coach at UBS, your role is vital in shaping the future of how work is conducted in an agile manner. You will have the proven ability to be a change agent, coach, and mentor to teams, leadership, and business. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working with individuals in the department to adopt an agile mindset, further agile ways of working, and promote early delivery of business value. - Facilitating learning and development through individual team coaching, trainings, and workshops on Agile principles and values within the department. - Collaborating with key roles across streams and crews to increase team performance and overall effectiveness. - Helping teams identify and address any organizational, product-related, or technical impediments and appropriately facilitating escalation and removal. - Coaching Product Owners in the skills of backlog management, prioritization, and balancing between business features and technical debt. - Enabling collaboration across-teams and cross-departments while identifying and improving organizational-level challenges. Your expertise should include: - Experience in working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Flow Manager, or similar relevant roles. - Training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean with a focus on role-based trainings like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Kanban Flow manager, etc. - Demonstrating strong servant leadership qualities, effective communication skills, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and familiarity with technical domains such as DevOps, Cloud engineering, automation, software engineering, etc. UBS is the world's largest and only truly global wealth manager, operating through four business divisions.
