Role: AEM Content Management / Web Publisher
Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA
Shift: 2:00 PM 11:20 PM IST (Rotational shifts)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Publisher / Content Author with hands-on expertise in content management systems such as AEM or TeamSite. The candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing web content while collaborating with global stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage web pages using CMS platforms (AEM/TeamSite/WordPress/Sitecore)
• Coordinate with stakeholders and global teams for content updates
• Handle content publishing workflows and ensure accuracy
• Manage tasks via ticketing tools like Jira, WorkFront, or Salesforce
• Ensure timely releases and maintain high-quality standards
• Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 2+ years experience in CMS platforms (AEM, TeamSite, WordPress, Sitecore, etc.)
• Strong web content authoring and publishing skills
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, WorkFront, Salesforce)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Stable career background

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
• High attention to detail
• Experience working with global teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualification

• Full-time Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
