Job Description

As an Account Manager at Zepto Ads, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing multiple brand accounts on the platform. Your responsibilities will include: - **Brand Account Management**: You will be the main point of contact for multiple brands advertising on Zepto Ads. Your tasks will involve planning, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance to drive retention, upsell, and long-term growth. - **Campaign Setup & Optimization**: Implement campaigns using advanced targeting strategies. Monitor and optimize performance against key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and revenue. Develop scalable campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives. - **Billing, Invoicing & Reconciliation**: Manage monthly billing cycles, track spending, and reconcile accounts. Ensure accuracy in invoicing and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with finance and brands. - **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Dive deep into campaign data to extract actionable insights and performance narratives. Create and maintain performance trackers and dashboards. Provide structured performance reviews and optimization recommendations to brands. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Sales teams to identify product gaps, drive feature enhancements, and enhance advertiser experience and monetization outcomes. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong account management and stakeholder management skills. - High comfort with data and ability to derive actionable insights. - Strong problem-solving and execution abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards. - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. - Experience in client-facing roles in account management, performance marketing, ad operations, or similar fields preferred. - Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
