Role Overview:
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Abhijeet Dies and Tools Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, and contributing to the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement within the engineering and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your strong understanding and practical expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Machining techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
- Apply your proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering concepts to focus on process optimization
- Utilize your solid background in Mechanical Engineering and familiarity with engineering principles to contribute to designing and implementing advanced manufacturing solutions
- Analyze and improve factory workflows for better efficiency
- Develop assembly fixtures, USW SPM, Hotplate welding SPM, Punching SPM for automotive plastics interior and exterior parts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing advanced manufacturing solutions
- Ability to analyze and improve factory workflows for better efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaboration capabilities Role Overview:
