You will be responsible for various key tasks, including: - Leading and managing the Accounts & Costing team - Preparation & Finalization of Balance Sheet - Managing GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance - Overseeing Banking Operations & Reconciliation - Conducting Product Costing, Margin Analysis & Control - Reviewing Daily/Monthly Reports - Implementing Internal Controls & Process Improvement - Coordinating with Auditors, Banks & Consultants - Providing guidance & training to Team Members To be eligible for this position, you should be a retired or senior Accounts & Finance Professional with a minimum of 20+ years of experience in Accounts & Costing. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Banking & Cost Accounting. Additionally, you should have the ability to take ownership of the department.
