Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Financial Planning & Budgeting - Financial Operations & Controls - Financial Reportings - Handling Audit & Compliance - Taxation & Regulatory Filings - Cash Flow & Fund Management - Cost Control & Profitability Management - Liaison with Banks, Auditors, Legal & Vendors - Management Reporting and Decision Support - Salary and Payroll Oversight - EMI and Loan Repayment Management - Director Taxation and Financial Advisory - CBSE Compliance & Financial Reporting - Liaising & External Representation - Agreements dashboard Management - CBSE Compliances - Transport Department Financial & Compliance Oversight - General School Compliance NOC Management - Accounts Bookkeeping & Compliance Dashboards - Fee Department Oversight Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in finance.
