Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager / General Manager / Head Real Estate
Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Real Estate / Finance / Banking Coordination)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)
About the Role
We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function for our real estate operations. The role involves strategic financial planning, project-level financial control, strong banking coordination, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate finance, funding coordination, regulatory compliance (including RERA), and financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor financial performance of ongoing real estate projects
- Conduct financial modeling, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis
- Support strategic decisions including land acquisition, joint ventures, and new launches
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
- Conduct periodic bank and financial statement reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
- Advise on tax-efficient structuring of real estate transactions
- Liaise with tax authorities and auditors
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other local regulations
4. Audit & Internal Controls
- Lead internal and external audits
- Develop and implement strong internal control systems
- Identify process gaps and improve financial governance
- Strengthen risk mitigation frameworks
5. Funding, Treasury & Banking Coordination
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, and Financial Institutions
- Arrange funding, credit facilities, and loan approvals
- Monitor repayment schedules and manage borrowing risks
6. Project Cost Management
- Review and control project expenses to prevent cost overruns
- Collaborate with project teams for financial discipline
- Analyze budget deviations and recommend corrective actions
7. Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and submit financial reports to regulatory authorities and stakeholders
- Stay updated on laws impacting the real estate sector
- Ensure adherence to statutory and internal financial policies
8. Stakeholder & Leadership Responsibilities
- Present financial reports to management and investors
- Work closely with Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory for senior role)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Real Estate Finance preferred
- Strong banking & financial institution coordination experience
- Expertise in financial modeling, compliance, and treasury management
- Leadership and team management skills
