Accounting Advisory Role - Consulting Firm

As an Accounting Advisory professional with 4-7 years of experience, your role will involve: - Assisting clients in applying Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP for financial reporting. - Supporting conversion projects from IGAAP to Ind AS / IFRS. - Advising on complex accounting areas such as financial instruments, business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, consolidation, impairment, and share-based payments. - Drafting technical accounting memos and position papers for clients. - Assisting with transaction-related accounting including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and carve-outs. - Supporting clients in IPO readiness and listing requirements, including preparation of financial statements, pro-forma accounts, and prospectus support. - Providing support on financial statement preparation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Strong technical knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and Companies Act, 2013. - Understanding of financial reporting frameworks and corporate governance. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Qualifications & Experience expected for this position are: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA/ACCA equivalent. - 1-6 years of relevant experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or audit (Big 4 / consulting background preferred). - Exposure to complex accounting transactions and Ind AS/IFRS advisory projects is desirable.
