Job Description
As an Accounts Executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing the financial and compliance operations. Your role will involve tasks such as GST filings, PF & ESI compliance, payroll management, and overseeing general office financial activities. It is crucial to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) contributions for employees.
- Process monthly payroll, which includes salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Maintain books of accounts, tracking expenses, handling invoices, and making vendor payments.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and reconciling accounts.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and statutory authorities as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory filings.
- Handle office-related finance tasks like managing petty cash, vendor payments, and providing procurement support.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal controls.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in GST, payroll, PF, ESI, and company accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and authorities.
