Urgent Hiring for Admission Counsellor

Profile: Academic Counsellor/Admission Counsellor

Experience: 1to 2 years

Ctc: 3 lpa ( Depends on Interview )

Location : Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru,

Working days : 6 days (1 and 3 sat holiday) 9:30 to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities: -

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career
pathways.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversion and enrolment.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Provide ongoing academic guidance and address student concerns.
Meet assigned counselling and enrolment targets.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education background preferred), MBA,
Psychology, BBA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Basic knowledge of academic programs, career options, and admissions
processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven with a student-centric approach.

Preferred Skills:-
Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or ed-tech sales.
Experience handling students and parents.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
